Creative Makers | Future City

about

As part of the ReDI School of Digital Integration the studio-based workshop “Future City aims to help develop the creativity and imagination of young inventors. The refugee children are introduced to real world topics and encouraged to apply critical thinking skills as well as creative problem solving skills to develop their own solutions. The young innovators learn new technologies, robotics and a range of digital tools such as laser cutting and programming to create their own work. Each week, we tackle a new challenge within the wider theme, encouraging children to develop their ideas through an iterative process over time.
